find datasheet, you can also find schematic for your screen. Measure input voltages and signal, check if you can get the output. if the working conditions ok on input side and you dont have output, that means it is not working, if you have output, then you should chnge backlights.

i cannot find datasheet for screen (LTN156MB6WLEDV1.2_HF) how can i change backlight on LED LCD?

like a ccfl screen if you open the whole screen you will see a band with leds on it and you can take it out

seems like you have output, so the leds are bad.

Today my fried will give me some broken LED screen so i will test it for backlight.

I check fuse, they are OK

lvds is a standard you just need those voltages <<<Pin 1 ,2,3=19v (VSL)
pin 5=3.3v (BL_EN)
pin6= 3.3v for full brigthness (PTW)>>>>>to bring the light to the screen . if all that is correct assume that you have a bad screen . Normally pin 6 voltage goes up if you press Fn+high brightness key

why not bad led lamps ? screen is working witout light.
