Hello,
I recently got a HP laptop charger from a friend of mine. The voltage goes in but in some point it doesn't go any further, in conclusion it does not make it to output source. All diodes are OK, transformer seems to be also ok for me. Although there are some problems, there is a unindentified burnt resistor and a voltage regulator that reads 0 in every way, the fuse is blown every time I replace it. I need your help guys, to determine the value of the resistor and what could be wrong with this charger. The black marks are from blown fuse. I'm trying to learn here, so please be pollite to me. I've included the picture below :
Note: some components are removed(capacitor, PSU input socket etc) they are ok. The charger is HP N193
