HP/Compaq charger damaged-burnt resistor, faulty Vregulator and so on.

Hello,

I recently got a HP laptop charger from a friend of mine. The voltage goes in but in some point it doesn't go any further, in conclusion it does not make it to output source. All diodes are OK, transformer seems to be also ok for me. Although there are some problems, there is a unindentified burnt resistor and a voltage regulator that reads 0 in every way, the fuse is blown every time I replace it. I need your help guys, to determine the value of the resistor and what could be wrong with this charger.The black marks are from blown fuse. I'm trying to learn here, so please be pollite to me. I've included the picture below :
Note: some components are removed(capacitor, PSU input socket etc) they are ok. The charger is HP N193

Looks like one of those cheap replacement chargers that are sold everywhere online. Probably not worth fixing, but let's have a try at it anyways...

First you need to provide more pictures (particularly of the underside of the board and another picture with better lighting).

Next: get the numbers off of that "voltage regulator" - that is actually a MOSFET.

Burned resistor is probably used for Source feedback on the MOSFET, so this will make it a bit tricky to determine its value.

Also get the part number off of the PWM controller IC (if there is one).

Other than that, there is not much else to these power adapters.
