Packard Bell EasyNote MZ35 USB Problem?

USB port not working in notebook Packard Bell EasyNote MZ35
the machine malfunctions or no usb ports, using it. when using any of the ports the windows freezes.
I try to clean
I Trace the Circuit no Open Circuit and i Ceck if they have Burn. Nothing
I Resolder
I reformat and install os Winvista. same prob.
I reformat and Upgrade install os Win7 . same Prob
I reformat again i downgrade Windows XP same
also all of then I Install The Chipset Driver

and also no audio output. but the driver of audio is installed already..

Any Friends There Have Do this Before. can you Teach me How to Solve It...

chick usb slot reading with vom meter .4 interface 1 .5 volt 2nd rx 3d tx and 4th gnd .check reading center 2 reading same .if not same chick ich ic and usb resister and fuse. and then reply me
