HP Compaq 6530s

this laptop :
when plugging the adapter, the leds on the plugins works great
when pushing power button, the led of the plugins disappear, and the led of the power button works, but after 1-2 seconds the laptop shuts off.
i examined the cpu it is very cold,
i removed the cmos battery then the computer will cycle on then off by its own with no heat on cpu
the code displayed is: 00

try to reheat the igp with hot air for a minute, the try to power up.
graphic dry joint is a common error

no success , i noticed also when trying to power up the lan leds flashing

What about a reflow? Do you have voltages for RAM, NB, SB, CPU?

i am seeking for schematic with no success. i found A03 but i have A04 with intel and not amd
also i found the voltage on battery charger is 3.3v but when trying to power on the laptop , this volt reduces to 3.28v
on I/O the volt is 3.3 v but when trying to power on it disappears completely

Look for the inductors on the board - big square components, usually has a 3R3 marking or similar. When you power on your laptop you should have voltages on every of them except on the one by the battery. Also this one will have voltage if you connect the battery.
