Not sure if customer dropped it.
Screen doesn't show any loading stuff from starting.
Lights come on, fan goes, hear the launching sound of Vista, screen gets on, but nothing shows up on it, no arrow, nothing.
Customer wants quotation first!...

Please tell the complete cofiguration. I guess it is nVidia issue, Reflowing will solve for timebeing but will not last long.

Yes, backlight on and no picture is a common symptom of failed nvidia graphics chip.

I found out the set has already been reflowed, but apparently the trick wasn't successful.
Customer will have to scrap this one, it appears.
