Toshiba Satellite A665-S6170 - does not work

I have Toshiba Satellite A665. When I push ON/OFF button, cooling fan starts, LCD makes a short blink and all finishes. In other words, the laptop tries to start but in one second stops.
Where can be a problem?

Back up your old bin post it in BIOS section and flash with a working one is the +19V 5/3ALWS 5/3LDO is present ?

I think all voltages must be present there because fan started and also LCD panel changed a colour for a moment, so I guess CPU had to start too. Or am I wrong?
