ideapad 320 NM-B241 shuts down after post

Hi

I have this laptop it shuts down immediately after lenovo screen

sometimes hold for a few more seconds

rltk 8111 (NIC) is getting hot tried without it still shuts down by it self

resistance over coils is prity high

i can see battery is not charging as well

can any one advise ?

Remove the keyboard and battery to see if there are any changes initially

voltages at bq chip

pin 3 1v
pin4 4.98v
pin 5 3.3v
pin 6 2.7v
pin 28 19v
pin 24 5.97v

what do you mean N1 N2 terminals ?

Also, I have tried remove the lid switch chip and still same, also replaced BQ chip same resault

Any other idea ?

There is a fault in pin 4 ACDRV not producing the correct voltage above +22V. It could be one of the components on this line, or possibly the BQ itself. I will provide an update.

First, check the two MOSFETs, PQ311 and PQ312, in Diode mode using a multimeter to measure resistance the following connections:

Source to Drain
Source to Gate
Gate to Drain

on pin 24 i have 24.98

on mosfets

s to d 0.52
g to d O.L
s to g O.L

both the same

Earlier, you mentioned 6V, but now24V double-check it for the Mosfet test S to D, and confirm if it's 0.52 or 0.520 Ohms
