Asus GA503qs only blinking HDD led

Hello.
Have this Asus GA203qs thats only reaction is blinking hdd led.

that hdd led works like power led, because if it is lid i have 3.3VSUS, 5VSUS, 1.8VSUS, 1.2VDDR but nothing on cpu or gpu. no shorted lines, flashed bios

any hint?
