Asus S530U Vcore buck controller

This is ATK 1604AC i don't have any datasheet or schematic on the laptop. I couldn't find any info about the equivalent for this IC. My friend accidentally broke it while he's applying liquid metal on CPU. The liquid metal splash into the ATK IC pins and he turned it on without cleaning and now there's no vcore voltage.
Maybe someone here know's what's the most common IC equivalent for this?

Ali express is not available in my country its always canceled due to costums. Thats why i wanna know the equivalents to this one
