Problème avec Ports USB HP pavilion 15-bc402nf.DAG35MMB8C1

Good morning,
HP Pavilion laptop PC Portable model: 15-bc402nf.
Motherboard reference: DAG35MMB8C1 REV:C
I have a problem with USB ports and Bluetooth; they are not detected by either Windows or Ubuntu.
In the device manager I have this message: xHCI USB compatible Host Controller.
No success with all updates and bios flashing.
I would like your help and you can send me the diagram of this card, that would be nice of you.

J'ai un problème avec les ports USB et le Bluetooth; ils ne sont détectés ni par Windows ni par Ubuntu.
Dans le gestionnaire de périphériques j'ai ce message : Contrôleur d'Hôte compatible xHCI USB.
Sans succès avec toutes les mises à jour et flashage du bios.
Je souhaiterai votre aide et vous pouvez me communique le schéma de cette carte ça sera sympa de votre part.

demonter the laptop find out in USB port if you are getting +5V

Indeed I have a voltage of 5V at the USB output, I still have the error in the device manager. They are still not detected.

Have you tried with a keyboard USB if the Num lock led Working or not ?

No, I haven't tried it with a keyboard, but I tried it with a mouse, it turns on but doesn't work.

If the mouse is not detected then the keyboard will probably not work either. Both are HID devices and natively supported by all operating systems.

Remove all power. Meter in diode mode.

Red meter probe to ground, yes red.

Black meter probe to D+ pin on the USB connector.

What is the voltage?

Repeat for D- pin connector. Compare the readings to a known good USB port measurement of any logic board.

Besides voltage readings, resistance to GND reading on D+/D- on usb ports?

I just tried as you indicated in your post; I connected the keyboard unfortunately the green light is absent it does not work.

I have just taken the measurements as you indicated in your message: in diode mode D- = 0.427 and D+ = 0.426.
Voltage mode Pin 1 = 5Volt.
D- = 0.033 Volts.
D+ = 0.044 Volts.
