You can look in schematic or datasheet for +3V LP pin of PWM. Its been days and you still cant confirm whether its present or not and its resistance to GND. All suggestions have been given.Where are your follow ups?

3VLP isn't present 0v
and has 99 ohms on one side and 0 ohms on the other if im reading my meter correctly.

May be I'm not able to follow up your answers correctly. i asked a simple question-What's the resistance to GND on 3VLP? It should be measured directly on the pin of 3V PWM, so i dont understand this side and that side.

My last attempt to clarify things for you:
01.Set your meter to 20K Scale
02.Measure it directly on 3V LDO pin of PWM-What is the resistance to GND?

hi sorry its my fault for not doing what you asked

so ive set my meter to 20K and it goes to 1 which is over, ive set it on 2000kohms and it stops at 530Kohms

With such a high resistance, there is no short on this measured power rail.

I know the 3V rail is missing as I can't find it anywhere.
