NVIDIA N17P-G0-A1 chip capacitors !

Hello,

On top of that chip there is 41 very small capacitors but 4 shorted !!

Is that chip bad or those 4 small caps can be changed ??

Forget it, my multimeter beep in continuity but there is resistance, 1.5 Ohm to be exact ! I must be tired !
