hello, I have this acer mod: Z5WAH LA-B161P snid:50604455634 which gets stuck on the acer logo when turned on, I tried to reprogram the bios with the original one posted by Peste but it doesn't change the result, unfortunately due to inattention I didn't save the old bios so I didn't the dump, however I think the problem is not the bios but something else, I ask for your help, thanks

Load the SAFE defaults in your bios -> save and reboot to test again.

Your bios screens should offer this option. This option will reload safe register values into the chipsets onboard. If in doubt, take and post pics of each screen in your bios for a review.

More often then not,laptop stuck at oem boot logo is related to SIO or nearby components. Check SIO and nearby components for corrossion.

Does it shuts down after acer logo or remains stuck there?
Does it boots to windows on battery alone?

yes, in fact, I had noticed a small area with a little oxidation but the components do not seem to be affected
it won't turn off it stays stuck on the logo
window won't start on battery only

hello, I did some tests, I turn on the notebook and the acer logo appears which always remains fixed, it is not possible to enter the bios by pressing f2, by pressing esc a text appears that summarizes the bios ram cpu data etc., then under a message that invites you to press f2 to enter setup, I pressed , the message disappears but does not enter setup and remains so, after 5 minutes it entered setup, and so every time I turn it off and on again the same thing

hello, could the cause of the malfunction be the fact that I have not entered the DMI region in the bios that I flashed?
the problem is that i can't recover the original DMI anymore because by mistake i didn't save the original bios.
Is there another way to get the DMI?
