    Lenovo E10-30 bm5387 LCD connector and the power issues

    Hi everyone,

    I need to know the value of the resistor at pin 1 area of the LCD connector and the power switch circuit.

    The PC turns on and off when the switch is connected but it works normally after the switch was removed after it turned on.

    The switch part does not read to the ground and 3.3V wasn't present at the switch side.

      thanks a lot. sadly the board layout is somewhat different.
      please post them, perhaps the knowledge of the circuit can help me to understand this.

        Post a clear picture of this area of your logic board. Will dig up the bv file I have that may be close.

          attached 1 is the connector part for the screen
          attached 2 and 3 are the full view of the mobo

            Flux and clean up C190. Almost looks to be shorted.
