Fujitsu U748 (Touch) series serial fault

Hi guys, just a quick note, maybe it helps. I have had 10 of those devices with the same fault.

Symptoms: Device freezes, shuts down or gives BSOD "WHEA UNEXPECTED ERROR"

Solution for all 10 (in my case): Replace the three CPU MOSFETs

    Happy repairing!

update: a reflow is enough (did it on 70+ devices. all worked afterwards without problems)

well, update for this case. Have 13 to service. One is finished sucesfully with 380 degree C, flow 80% and about one minute each. So far, so good.
