Asus tuf fx504gm pch issue, but laptop boots

i need little help here, and thnx to all who have helped me, mboard: DABKLIMBAC0

but the issue is laptop was dropped and i think the pch solder ball was cracked because when i press pch with finger it boots up and works, but it heats up sometimes and shuts down bc i cant keep my finger on it, i think under pch is small piece of solder rollin and shorting stuff, sometimes it wont heat but still shuts down when i take pressure off

should i remove plastic things on corners of pch and flow flux under it, and flush it with flux & hot air gently and after that do reflow from under mboard to pch, i dont have skill to remove it and reball

PCH is very likely to be damaged if you try reflow with hot air gun. Bga machine would help. If you dont have the tools, best is to get it reflowed/reballed/replaced by repair workshop.
