it is getting 3.5v at the power button cable, was wondering if anyone knew what pins to jumper

Re: Lenovo Yoga 9 will not power up
You must link the schematic, but in general it's a 3.3V signal and if you want to power up the laptop it must be shorted to ground briefly to simulate pressing the power button.
