    Problem USB / Bluetooth

    Hello everyone,
I have problem with USB xHCI compatible host controller with yellow rod in device manager, I tried to install several driver and windows 10 updates without success on ASUS Vivobook E402MA laptop.
I checked the USB output voltage is 5V; Unable to connect to USB ports and Bluetooth.
Thank you for informing me about this famous failure.
    Cordially.

FYI I only have the working micro sd.
      Thank you.

I will try these D+/D- pins on the USB port, for INFO there is 5V USB input.
