I think the best suggestion here is to carefully flux and remove the resistor off the known good board -> measure the resistance of the part while it is on your work table. Only then you will have a stable and reliable resistance measurement.

Then that is the value that is required to be sourced and applied on the non-working board.

If you feel comfortable, you can apply the known good part onto the non-working board but only after you measure the value so the component's resistance is known to be 100% accurate. The schematics are useless for these parts.

I understand, that's how I do it. the defect is here because the laptop gave good signals, but put a resistor with the right value so that I don't have problems later
