Laptop No Longer Recognizes TV Sound Bar

I'll begin with the fact I don't know what change I made to my laptop that triggered this cause. I use my laptop as a pseudo PC by just connecting it to my big smart TV and using a wireless keyboard and mouse. I have a sound bar connected to the TV via optical audio toslink cable. I have game consoles connected to the TV. The game consoles and Netflix/other media apps installed on the smart tv all work properly playing sound through my sound bar with no issues. My laptop, until recently, was playing sound through the TV sound bar just fine as well. I don't know what change I made, and I don't think I have a recovery option made to take me back to before the change. My TV sound option used to appear on my list of sound devices on my laptop, but no longer does. Any advice is appreciated! Here's the laptop specs if necessary:
