Hello, brother. I am from China. Is your motherboard model NM-C221? If so, the issue with your laptop's keyboard not working is actually not a BIOS problem. This laptop has a common defect. You need to remove and replace the L23 next to the keyboard chip U22, or you can connect L23 with wires. The problem with this machine is that L23 is faulty. When L23 is broken, it causes the keyboard to stop working in PE and Windows, but it still works in BIOS.
