    3D3V_RTC_AUX is 4.8V
Wait on others to comment but to me, this voltage is too high. The same voltage hits the CPU. Max is expected to be ~3v3.

Who is supplying this rather high voltage??

Also, on page 102, there is a power up sequence diagram that will be helpful to troubleshoot this logic board.

3D3V_RTC_AUX should not be more then 3.3V. Is the RTC_AUX reading after removing the EC? If yes, then you have more problem to resolve.

        Yes, still 4.8V.

OK, I'm an idiot . Literally an idiot, stupid, moron (you can put another offensive words, if you like ).

I have tracked back that 3D3V_RTC_AUX signal and it led me to PU4501 - TPS51393, which I had changed before. But instead another TPS51393, I soldered TPS51395 and didn't notice it.

Now, laptop is working (and it should have been days ago). The best thing is nothing was fried because of my stupidity. Except my pride and self-confidence.
