Dell Latitude E5590 NO BOOT comes on and goes off

I have a Dell Latitude E5590 that was working fine but suddenly it wont start.

The power light comes on and then after a couple of seconds goes off.
I have seen this many times with Dell and mostly it's the memory or an empty BIOS battery.

I have checked these things but none of them seem to be the issue.

Any ideas?

Review the power path start with the usual 2*DCin mosfets.

Which charger IC is onboard?

If the BQ series, check:

ACDRV
REGN
ACOK
ACDET
VCC

On the charger IC.
