So i had this laptop dell latitude 5410 10th gen, good condition and new ssd and 16 gb ram .
The problem is it takes more than a minute to boot ..
The boot sequence starting with a 30 sec black screen and the the dell logo for 20 and when the windows start loading it takes like 7 sec .
Can someone suggest something to fix

Hi everyone, I'm mamado and I'm from somewhere in Africa.
First steps was with selling and buying laptops , then i started to fixing the visual issues like a broken displays etc ...
Now i want to hit the motherboards and go deep inside the electronics components...
I knew this web site but i wasn't interested until now .
Please suggest anything could be helpful for me in my journey.
