Acer A515-45 PC turns on but black screen

hi, i have problem with Acer A515-45. mainboard DAZAURMB8C0 .

PC turns on but black screen remains. the fan spins for a few seconds when turned on.
the leds are on. the battery charges easily.
after a few minutes the fan starts spinning normally as if to cool the processor so everything seems normal.
if I insert and remove the battery charger the pc beeps once.
unfortunately they sent me the pc without ssd so I can't figure out if the operating system starts.
the only flaw I noticed are these 2 coils that heat up a bit, at their ends there are 1.1v

plug in external Keyboard and check whether a)CapsLock is responding or b)you can perform a reboot with the CTR+ALT+DEL combination.

I tested with an external keyboard. capsLock works. it also seems to restart with CTR+ALT+DEL. since this works what could it be? i can't find the boardview for this model.
