Ipad 10th gen - smd's for board on LCD

    Hello,
    I have an A2696 (10th gen Ipad)
At some point in time the lcd started showing weird images.
The screen was only written half or the whole display was moved out of the viewing area.

I opened the Ipad and checked everything.
The logic board of the Ipad is ok. No damage to be seen.
The LCD itself is also ok.
The board that sits on the LCD and connects to the logic board of the Ipad however has seen "local" water.
The connector is oxidized and half the smd's are crisp.
I'm 99.9% sure that if I can fix this the whole tablet will be saved.

What is the best way to go at this? I can solder smd.
Keep in mind that there are no spare parts (and even if there were they would cost 2/3th of the price of a new one) and there are no schematics.

The hardest part untill now seems to be identifying that piece of the lcd.
I can't even find the correct name.
