need help with asus rog strix g513

i have asus rog strix g513 some one clean the heatsink and the metal liquid from gpu card but he spread it in mother board
i cleaned the mother board and replace the metal liquid but laptop still laging
eve inside bios setting and fans not working good the fan is working when bios update runing

If you are sure board is properly clean, you can carrefuly check voltage of prochot# signal on your IC charge chip.
Tell us value (laptop runining) and ic référence.
