Dell Latitude 5400 LA-G891P no audio

Customer says they were playing music on internal speakers and it suddenly stopped. Windows says no audio device detected.
Here is what I have done so far: I have inspected the motherboard for burnt parts or liquid damage, I have checked for shorts to ground on all supply pins, I have changed the audio IC, I have reflashed the bios with a 100% working dump, I have enabled the audio device in bios.

Here is a list of the voltages found on all the pins
.DVDD 3.3V
.DMIC-DATA12 2.5V
.DMIC-CLK 3.3V
.SDATA-OUT 0V
.BIT-CLK 1.8V
.LDO3-CAP 1.2V
.SDATA-OUT 0V
.DVDD-IO 3.3V
.SYNC 0V
.DC_DET 0.16V
.PCBEEP 2.1V
.HP/LINE1_JD1 3.3V
.MIC2-L/RING2 0V
.MIC2-R/SLEEVE 0V
.MIC2-CAP 0V
.VD33STB 3.3V
.LINE1-R 0V
.LINE1-L 0.10V
.AVSS1 GND
.AVDD1 5V
.LDO1-CAP 4.4V
.VREF 2.1V
.MIC2-VREFO 0V
.LINE1-VREFO-L 0V
.HP-OUT-L 0V
.HP-OUT-R 0V
.CPVEE 0V
.CBN 0V
.CPVDD 1.8V
.CBP 1.8V
.AVSS2 GND
.LDO2-CAP 1.3V
.AVDD2 1.8V
.PVDD1 5V
.SPK-OUT-LP 0V
.SPK-OUT-LN 0V
.SPK-OUT-RN 0V
.SPK-OUT-RP 0V
.PVDD2 5V
.GPIO1/DMIC-CLK 3.3V

What could be the reason why there is no audio? TIA

Pin #4 will be the audio data stream from the audio source. It is at 0v.

SDATA-IN/OUT,SYNC-none is working. Too me it seems lack of communication between audio codec and PCH. Audio jack can be the issue as well-so worth trying de-soldering the audio jack.

Thanks everyone for your assistance, I have noticed that the screen is also flickering and the display getting distorted even after LCD and LVDS cable change . I am now suspecting that the reason there is no communication between the audio codec and PCH is because the SOC could be going bad.
I didnt know about SDATA and SYNC signals, I have learnt something.
            Thank you!
