Xbox Series X 3.3 V is 5V

System turns on but shows no video.

I included a picture of the area with the 3.3v point. I have 5 V coming directly out of the IC (buck converter?). Its part number is 568230 TI OC1 AS5N. https://www.ti.com/product/TPS568230

I removed both resistors in the voltage divider on the FB pin and both show open. What values can I use to get the proper voltage on the FB pin?
