Hey guys I'm working on a M93p and have got issues writing to these two chips N25Q032A,N25Q064A

My CH341 can read these chips fine but when i try to erase and program it gets stuck it does nothing

<<N25Q064A [3.3V]>>

Current programmer: CH341a

anyone else have this or a similar issue?

Solved: i put a jumper on the 5v-3.3v pins converting my 3.3v mod back and it worked, also bios fixed my dead M93P many thanks everyone!

I also had the problem with wrong flashing wrong EC firmware and seems your EC dump has actually helped me bring the computer back to life.

Thank you so much! I flashed a newer EC by mistake, which turned my computer into a brick. Those steps and the dump made by sniffchic saved my hardware.
In my case EC version in BIOS is still wrong, but computer seems work without any problems.
Albo I had multiple attempts to make the pin 1&2 trick work.

hi everyone i hope someone could give me a working bios or clean/repair my bios. pc turn on but no display. i already tried replacing the cpu and ram but still no display. i also try to flash bios i downloaded from other thread but still doesn't work.

Post the serial number.

i just realised that you give me the wrong ec file because the ec i uploaded is 1mb in size but your is just 128kb.

Make no mistake, EC is extracted from the .exe file.

Hello all,

i got a m93 tiny with motherboard is8xt ver 1.1

it appears to be kinda bricked. So as soon as dc cable is plugged in i get a green led , fan spinning, cpu getting warm . It dosent matter is the ram sticks are in or not. Also i dont get any beeping. What is the solution for this? Can i blindily re load the bios from a usb?

Have M93m TypeAB no screen, fan spins. Tried clear cmos. Suspecting BIOS corrupted. Can't find anywhere clean bins. Attaching my bins, read with CH341A, chip MXIC 25L3273E & 25L6473E. Maybe someone could help me with those. S/N PC05GLF4

what problem do you have?? post the contents of the bios chip, especially if it is corrupted...
