Asus TUF H310-PLUS Gaming - OC Error Removal

Hello, is there a chance someone mod my bios into removal of OC Error?
It's because it shows OC error on my Asus TUF H310-Plus Gaming

So the Problem Came back after a while, anyways I used my own modded BIOS, that's glitching (NO OP on all checks of USB OC Error). It's better than nothing.

I have flashed the BIOS using external flasher, it was a success but came back after 3 days.
For now, I gave the motherboard a bath of IsoAlcohol and Contact Cleaner, will report back after 24 hours waiting for it to dry out.
My other option would be removing the IC Protection chips if that still doesn't work, I will remove the USB Ports that causes the short, I think 5v is missing as it isn't powering the USB keyboard and mouse.

Sorry, I think this is the mATX version of the Board, I got the ATX one.

Btw, I have thinkered with the BIOS even more now I did a two NOOP before the USB OC Error Statement and During the USB OC Error Statement.
The bios is now broken, but it works, I can boot to windows (sometimes), without the BIOS battery so it can reset always as if it not it will spit out errors like this.

I tried flashing this rom file in afuwinx64 with /GAN but after restarting it doesn't want to post anymore.
So, I tried desoldering the Winbond bios Chip to use my SOIC-8 then flashing again the rom file but changing the extension from .rom to .bin to be read by the NeoProgrammer.
All flash was successful
Same results no POST (No Display) but with Power.

EDIT: After a while, It just POSTed normally, maybe the BIOS chip is still hot when I inserted it? Who knows, Anyways thank you so much for the help, I'm going to update if the problem arises again, hopefully not. LOL 😆
