HP 400 G9 MINI bios

Hi. I flashed your 02.21.00 dump on my HP Pro Mini 400 G9.
Nothing changed. I flashed the EC from message 61. Same thing.
With the i5-12500T processor that was in the PC, the board reports no memory, but at 30 watts it freezes and then goes silent (it doesn't even get to USB initialization). Now I'm assuming my processor (i5-12500T) is partially dead and that's the culprit.

I tested it with an i3-12300T. I have two of them. With both, it returns error 3.6 due to the firmware being tied to the corporate ME. That's what I think, but maybe I'm wrong. Please advise.

I also tried putting an i5 14500 processor in there - error 3.4.

Perhaps you have a BIOS with a clean Consumer ME for regular processors, or could you tell me what's best to do here since I don't have a known-good i5-12500T to test and I have nothing to test it with.

Remove the CMOS battery before power on and hold ESC during startup. Be aware Sure Start can revert this change.

Try this, flash only the MAIN BIOS unlocked. Remove the CMOS battery, power up and hold ESC during startup.

Try flashing just the EC file from Post #'61
If it still ain't work then write the MAIN BIOS file from Post #'64 as well

So I flashed the resulting file.
When I connect the power supply, there's no autostart... there's no response to pressing the power button. I reset the settings by pressing the reset button on the board. I applied power. It turned on, turned off, then turned on again and again stays on. The consumption is about 30 watts and doesn't change. The fan spins slowly, not quickly. There were no error codes.
I have a USB initialization tester. It emulates a keyboard. It blinks slowly. I connected it to the port with the keyboard drawn on it. Output... no USB initialization.
There is no image either.
