    Cello AIO101 ETON ET866 94v-0 E213441 Top 1.03 v BIOS

Hello! there is a tablet marked Cello aio 101 on which the bios died. After switching on, there is a backlight for 5 seconds, then it turns off, there is no picture, and if I leave it in this state, the cpu heats up, which leads to the conclusion that something is working in the background or it should be working. If I cut off all power and then turn it back on, the process cools down as well. I would like to fix this bios, but I can't find how and which one anywhere. It has an Intel N2930 processor. The bios mark " ETON ET866 94v-0 E213441 TOP V1.03 1429-8 5000-0004-0203 2013.1114.1700 " bios is required. I also tried what worked for others, but without success or wrong.

You must make a backup of the bios chip using an SPI programmer. Even if the bios is corrupt its possible it could be fixed.

ok , now attach you backup files , with your SPI programmer like CH341 - TL866 (SVOD 3) or (SVOD 4) or RT809F OR RT809H.

I'm buying a spi programmer today. which chip will the bios be on? there are 4 of the 8-pin chips shown in the picture, but I don't see a bios inscription next to any of them. Click image for larger version

That one`s a mosfet. Look at the part number on top of the 8/16 pin SOP8/WSON8 chips , one will say something like 25Q64 ,25Q128

[QUOTE=SMDFlea;n3179697]Post the part number on top of this chip

I don't have the programmer yet so I can read and save the bios. On top of the chip next to the processor (with your help) the following inscription can be read: 6N1352 25LQ64 CVI6 P0K329. But maybe you see it differently than I do. unfortunately, this is the best sharpness I could get from my phone. Click image for larger version

this chip BIOS is the one you have to backup with your bios reprogrammer and attach it to the forum and put it inside a winrar

Hello! Reader 341a has arrived. the bios read with the programmer is compressed and uploaded in a folder. There are 2 backups because I couldn't retrieve one of them. The second backup.bin has already been opened to see if the backup was really successful.

Thanks! Which one should I put on? or in what order? It looks like the tweezers won't grip the bios chip properly now. I may have to buy another one or have this one replaced.

As soon as the second tweezer arrives, I will try it. The one I bought the first time was not there, I could only read it with it. At the beginning of the tweezers, the part that should be stuck doesn't do its job. Now I can wait for the new part or I can heat it up and do the repair with the appropriate socket.
