Sapphire Radeon TOXIC R9 270X problem with fans

Hello everyone. I have a strange problem for this card. Generally is fully operational, it gives a picture and can be used normally. The problem is that from the moment the computer is turned on, the fans are still working at 100% and it cannot be changed. Card temperature checked in gpu-z is very low. I checked on two BIOS which card has and the effect is the same.

Does anyone have any tips or encountered such a problem?

    Thanks

I managed to solve the problem, maybe someone will need it. Defective shorted bipolar transistor (base-collector) marked as Q214. It is MMBT3904LT1G (SMD 1AM marking). It is located right next to the fan plugs. The fans started to run normally.

      Sapphire Radeon RX5700XT IR35217 configuration
      by PeqNP
      Hi,

I have a faulty Sapphire Radeon RX5700XT with a short on the 3.3V PCIe rail. I was able to trace the short to the IR35217 which is responsible for managing VCore. The issue with these controllers is, that they need to be configured. I managed to get hold of a copy of PowIRCenter as well as a compatible USB flash device. What remains is, that I don't have the IR35217 configuration for that card. Does someone here own this card and can share this configuration? As this is a reference card design I would suspect that any other reference card would do the trick as well. The configuration...
