Hi, does anyone have a boardview for the PALIT RTX 2060 DUAL OC 6GB card or high resolution photos of two pcb sides? I have a card after mechanical damage where a lot of components were ripped out.
Hello, I have a radeon r9 280 which has ram chip problem. TThe diagnostic signals errors on four ram chips. These are the memory of the Samsung K4G20325FS-HC03. I know that the resistance on Samsung is different than hynix or elpida. There is only about 12ohm resistance on memory power rail. Could it be okay?...
Hi,
Four mechanically damaged parts separate me from a HIGH-END retro computer.
I tagged them in the photo. Does anyone know what these components are or has any boardview/schematic? They are located directly under one memory chip.
what specific trace? Everything looks fine. I have already done dozens of such repairs on the 700 and R9 series. But we have the testing software there.
Hello i have a well known problem with the old radeon card. Two vertical stripes on the loading screen. The problem is, of course, some bad memory chip. Unfortunately all programs software you use work only from the 7000 series up. Anyone have any way to determine which memory chip is it? There are 8 of them and I would not like to guess.
I think I saw a hardware method once. There was something like that you connected a line to GND and watched which lines went out.
I have XFX RX 560 (RX-560D2S VC.4) which has burnt mosfets and power control unit. After disconnecting the power supply from the core after desoldering the chokes, the resistance on it is about 1.2 Ohm. Does anyone know if this is the correct resistance for this gpu? I wonder if it is worth fixing it.
In addition, I wanted to ask if anyone has a boardview? The card has burned a few more smaller components that are hard to identify.
Re: Sapphire Radeon TOXIC R9 270X problem with fans
I managed to solve the problem, maybe someone will need it. Defective shorted bipolar transistor (base-collector) marked as Q214. It is MMBT3904LT1G (SMD 1AM marking). It is located right next to the fan plugs. The fans started to run normally.
Hello everyone. I have a strange problem for this card. Generally is fully operational, it gives a picture and can be used normally. The problem is that from the moment the computer is turned on, the fans are still working at 100% and it cannot be changed. Card temperature checked in gpu-z is very low. I checked on two BIOS which card has and the effect is the same.
Does anyone have any tips or encountered such a problem?
