Asus Strix 1660s -need identify burning ICs

Hello.
I have this Asus Strix 1660s super that have no voltages except 12V . I found burned 5V regulator IC markings 08= and after replacement i have 5V line, 3,3V line but no others. i found burning i think and gate IC which i need to identify.marking is WEJ. and help me identify that 5V regulator ic i must order one for another 1060

Well the 5v is richtek RT7296F, the other is SN74LV1T08DCKR

on that second ic i have 26ohm on VCC.

i managed to remove bad AND ic in power sequencing. Now i have 5v ,1.8v, 1.0V, no memory and core voltage

i found that have burned two 2R2 resistors. both have one side 5V and other side short. i inject 5V and found burned PMU1 uP9024Q
