I Tested this board on my workbench. I found that if I populated Ram slots 3 or four or installed a PCI-E video card the board would start up with fans racing and no video or boot.
By just populating the first two ramslots and using the onboard video the motherboard booted with the fans running at normal speed. I was able to browse the internet.
So I put the board in a case and now it self starts, fans running at max speed and no boot.
I'm thinking this is some kind of a short.
What do you think? Looking to isolate the bad component.
