    Asus GTX 760 Video Card: Blank Screen & 100% Fan

    Looking at an Asus GTX 760. When installed the red LED (power cable reminder LED illuminates), fan hits 100% as soon as PC is powered on and no signal on video outputs.

    Think I will grab my little scope out and see if I can find a magic smoke source. Appreciate any further suggestions.

          Hello,

          I am having a problem with a ASUS VH238T.
          The monitor started by just going blank, but the integrated speakers, and the backlight worked. The OSD didn't pop up, neither did the messages of DVI No Signal, nor the Asus logo.
          Turning off the monitor, and turning it back on made no difference. But leaving the monitor off for a few hours returned the monitor back to normal. The problem will eventually return after a couple of hours.

          Today, it started exhibiting another symptom: the display started showing a white image, that didn't take the whole screen....

          The issue with this video card is the HDMI port. Specifically on pin 19 (Diode checks on all other pins are normal). When i do a diode check on it from the pin on the board itself, I have nothing. There is also no short on the pin. Resistance reads about 200k. Normally on any HDMI pin 19 I would expect some voltage drop anywhere from .5v to 1.2v but here, I have nothing. The card is operational and can be used via the displayPort ports, but not through the HDMI. Attached you will find the pdf schematics for the card on page 22.           This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot

          Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

          My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

          This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

          Good afternoon friends, I have the same problem, the equipment turns on, when I connect it to the equipment and without connecting it to the HDMI or Display port with the integrated graphics of my equipment, the graphics can be displayed in the device manager with an error 43 but even if I try to update it "manually" it manages to remove the notice but it still doesn't work.

          If I connect the graphic with the HDMI or Display port, the equipment turns on but it makes a long and 3 short beeps and does not give video

          I thought that the BFDJ USB-C or MP8858GQ...
