Problem with intel dg31 motherboard

Hi
Iam a Hardware Engineer
I am running my own service shop
pls Solve this problem for me
I have a Intel DG31 Motherboard
The Motherboard did not power up when i press power button
i check all smps, ram and northbridge capacitors and southbridge capacitors
all are ok
where's the problem

To the left of the centre, just in front of the middle of the top third.

Is the LED on the board on with the PSU plugged in?

If not, check the PSU (swap for another known good).
