Intel NUC - Blown component

A component has blown in the Intel NUC. Another one which I think it is the same reads W4Z but I haven't found what it is.
Below the miniDP connector is the blown component. At the right side of the miniDP you will see the one which reads W4Z.

I took it out so I could put a new one:

I could not find the correct part but it looks similar to a littlefuse SP3010 (µdfn-10 package)
another number I found is this SP3010-04UTG or SP0524P
I found parts parked QH4 that look similar
