I have ASUS ROG STRIX Z370 motherboard. it sometimes loading windows and sometimes showing usb overcurrent message ...all usb ports are working ... pls give a soluion ... all usb ports has 5V fuses are all good

early problem this laptop is short 19v...after replace short capacitor (PC6005), this laptop does running okay...but the problem is battery percentage not increase...charging orange light is normal when insert adapter...
i have try replace 2pcs new battery but also same result...on status it saying "charging" but percentage not increase...this laptop also running okay with only battery (got 27% left)....
