    Asus P7H55-M with some issues

Hi all, i have received this board, with this problems:
If it starts, no beeps, no signal, nothing happens.
If i remove DDR· module, it beeps detecting no ram module in
If i put it on any socket i get the same of the first point
If i press down the bios chip it starts, beeping and showing image on screen, if i release the pressure in, i have 2 more sympthoms, artifacts on screen and reboots.

    Any ideas?

ok, i have tryed to remove and refit the bios chip, and i get the same result.
The beeps without the ram, are from graphic failure ( 1 long 2 short)
i put a gpu on the board and it still showing the same error beeps.
i think this board is dead.
