AMD Radeon RX 5700 - all memory chips fault

Hello, I bought broken RX5700, found out the both MVDD ICs ( IR35217) were gone, replaced them. Now card is recognized but dmgg.py shows fault on all memory channels. So it is really possible that those burned ICs burned all memories ?
