Hello, so I have this asus h81m-k desktop motherboard with a very low resistance on the 3v line (8 ohm). And found out that the SIO was the one getting hot. My question is that do I need to program this (like in laptops) before replace or just do it?. Actually I've never seen this specific repair on desktop motherboards.
The SIO is a NCT5535D-A
Thanks!
