HP 800 G6 mini - no POST, no video, no beeps

Emboldened by an easy experience using my new T48 to remove bios password from a used machine of the same model (thanks badcaps), I ordered an ‘as-is' HP 800 G6 Mini thinking it might be an easy fix. Now it looks like the bios chip has been removed and soldered back already, so I think I might be wasting my time with this board - someone more skilled has already tried…

Anyway, the fans spin up on this guy and there are a couple LEDs on the board, but there is no other sign of life. No video, no beep pattern, no keyboard. Since there's so little feedback, I'm feeling out of my depth already and not sure what, if anything, to try first. I've recently purchased some new tools I'm getting familiar with and if anyone has some ideas or resources I'd love to hear them.

Ive got a multimeter and soldering iron that I'm learning how to use, a T48 programmer, and working (but different configurations) of the same machine.

    Nevermind...

I tried a different CPU - a 10500T instead of the 11500T. There were some memory initialization warnings, but after a couple of restarts the thing is working just fine.

Lessons learned: The HP 800 G6 Mini probably DOES NOT work with 11th gen CPUs (11500T) - note that I do not have an LGA1200 motherboard to verify that the CPU is good, but I did install it in other HP 800 G6 machines and had the same results.
