Hi , I have a 3060ti wit a problem ,it does power on for 1sec wit only 1 led light on the psu connector , I dont find any short or any blown fuse on the card , cant find blow component, mosfet looks good .. im kind of out of guess for the diagnostic for this failure ... any clue?

I'm looking for the schematics for Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8GB. I already have the boardview, but I need the schematics. I found them on a Russian site but I'm from Brazil so I can't purchase from there.
