GIGABYTE GAMING GeForce RTX 3060TI

Hi , I have a 3060ti wit a problem ,it does power on for 1sec wit only 1 led light on the psu connector , I dont find any short or any blown fuse on the card , cant find blow component, mosfet looks good .. im kind of out of guess for the diagnostic for this failure ... any clue?

compare readings with other psu connector light circuit, to know if it is really bad PSU power detection
