    Hot LDO Cyberpower/ASRock B360m Extreme/Pro4

I have 2 hot LDO on this motherboard. It is an OEM ASRock B360 Pro 4 for branded "Xtreme" for CyberPower (they just left off a bunch of stuff, rear IO, second front panel USB3 etc).

I'm getting no POST, and a couple of hot LDO; RT8059 and UZ2085G. Any idea what to check, all caps in the area for shorts?

If you have schematic or hints I would be most happy to hear them. Thank you.

Resistance to ground on outputs of the regulators. Probably bad PCH anyway.
Also RT8059 is a buck converter with integrated MOSFETs not an LDO, but doesn't change the situation here.
