HP pavilion f1723 LCD "horizontal lines problem"

Hi guys...
i wonder if someone could help me in this...
My monitor have a weird problem.. some horizontal lines in the screen
Please see the atached video and tell me what could be the problem..

Hi,

Panel is bad. (Or connections to it are)

You could try moving it about etc and see if the problem appears / disappears....

But you need a new panel.

Can you give us some history on how this happened?

thank you for your reply.
I´ve moved the panel and check the cables.. Everything seems fine!!
The caps also seems fine.. no leakage or something like that.
It´s very strange.
It happen all the sudden......

I agree - bad panel almost for sure.
What model/part number is your panel?

I have two LTM170EUs - both dead, with vertical lines.
