First of all - Dave's First Rule of Electronics Repair
applies here:::::::
IT IT TAINT BAD - WHY FIX IT!!!!!!!
..
Poking around where there is no problem doesn't necessarily find problems - it creates them...
....
To answer your question "Do I have Bad Caps?"
I would say no.
Do you have bad caps that could go bad? " Really now - are we playing the chicken and egg scenario???
..
Yes you may have capacitors that could go bad - but they are obviously working now.
..
I recommend leaving the monitor alone. But the....
I seem to get a lot of repair work from people who just had to open it up and see if anything needed fixing - so (I'm a hypocrite) to parody the Mungo Jerry Song "In the Summertime"

i often premptively repair stuff that has a bad track record.
but my clients have critical systems that must always work.
often the only real opportunity is during a planned shutdown.
i do the same for my own stuff.when i come home i dont want to work on my own stuff.i have even recapped brand new boards just because it had known problem parts.so if a unit is known for bad caps it makes perfect sense to recap it before it dies.that is if you know what you are doing.
there is plenty of good info here even if you dont.and one could always send the board in to tc for service.
